Rooted: Exploring Redeemer’s Anglican Family Heritage

2025 Theme

"Neglect of the past impoverishes our lives and without it we lack perspective and rootedness; something shrivels in us when we live only in the present.”
— Quoted in Seeking Life by Esther DeWaal

At Redeemer, our aim is not merely to make Anglicans, but to grow faithful followers of Jesus. Still, we joyfully recognize that we have a distinctive way which we adopt to follow him. This is the Anglican way. Join us as we explore what it means to be rooted in Christ through the unique gifts of our Anglican heritage.

Family Fun Time

Throughout the weekend, we'll have some special Family Fun Time activities for our church family to grow in connection. These activities include:

  • Daily Office Prayer

  • Campfire & S'mores

  • Talent Show

  • Archery (ages 9+)

  • Member-Led Activities

Kids

During our speaker sessions, we'll have fun activities available for kids ages Pre-K through 5th grade. Our childcare workers have been screened and trained according to our Safe Church policies.

Accomodations

Cabins & Lodge Rooms

Each household will have either their own cabin (with bunk beds and private bathroom) or lodge room (with queen bed and private bathroom). Check out accommodations details on RCP's website. We've booked Standard Cabins and Standard Lodge Rooms (Hillside).

The Best Part

Every year Family Camp weekend  is meaningful to so many in our parish. Here are some reflections from last year:

What was your favorite part of Family Camp?

Talent show + family camp being apart of our family tradition, our kids love it and are excited to go next year.

Time to reflect without being pressured by daily life.

Multigenerational table fellowship during mealtimes!

Each part of family camp had its favorite part! I enjoyed so much the connection with others and the encouragement it brought. I went away very filled and I felt seen and known.
