Fr. Rob Patterson
RECTOR
Rob leads our parish as the Lead Pastor and head of our Vestry, guiding us towards God’s vision for our church life.

TEAMS & ALPHA PASTOR
Andrew organizes and oversees our worship gathering teams and developing Alpha ministry.

Liz Bucko
SMALL GROUPS PASTOR
Liz develops and oversees our small group ministry, fostering environments for fellowship, member care, spiritual formation, and service.

Nate Gentilin
MUSIC DIRECTOR
Nate arranges music, coordinates music teams, and leads the band during our services.

Julie Patterson
CHILDREN’S MINISTRY DIRECTOR
Julie guides our children in their spiritual growth, organizes curricula and classes, and supports volunteers in the operation of the ministry.

Alyssa Gentilin
PARISH ADMINISTRATOR
Alyssa supports all of the parish ministries by creating and maintaining information and organizational systems.
Our Vestry
The Vestry is our governing board and works in strategic partnership with the Rector of the Parish. The Provincial Canons describe this partnership: “The governing board is responsible for the temporalities of the congregation and, except where otherwise provided by canon, supports the clergy in the spiritual leadership of the congregation” (Title 1: Canon 6.5). Redeemer, then, is pastor-led, staff-implemented, and vestry-supported. The following summarizes our vestry’s role:
Protect the vision of the church.
Support the methods and means to pursue our vision.
Uphold the financial integrity of the church.
Support the Rector as spiritual leader.
Model a strong commitment to generosity.
